We offer a 15 minute phone consultation to answer any questions and help determine if we are the right fit for you.  Or if you prefer to email that is fine too! Please note that we are primarily a self-pay practice and do not accept most insurances.  For contact requests through the website, we will get back to you within 24 business hours.
